At Gems & Minerals Rock Shop, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. That's why we have a straightforward refund policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. This gives you ample time to thoroughly inspect your purchase and decide if it's the right fit for you.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are accepted when a product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way. Products that have been altered in any kind of way will not be accepted.

Exceptions: While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. If you have any concerns about the eligibility of your specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Damages and Issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Excess Shipping Refunds: In case of shipping overcharge we will refund you.

On rare occasions there may be stock errors out of our control. If this happens you will be issued a full refund.
